Cultivate, the regional agency for organisational development and public engagement in the cultural sector, is seeking an exceptional and experienced candidate to join our dynamic team.
The new post of Programme and Development Director will work closely with the Chief Executive to ensure the success of Cultivate, deputising for the Chief Executive as required. As such they will help drive project procurement and directly manage project development and delivery.
