As part of ARTWORKS, an exciting new programme starting in Autumn 2008, Firebird is recruiting a freelance Project Evaluator for a 24-month fixed contract to cover the life of the project.
The post holder will be an experienced researcher responsible for devising a comprehensive evaluation and monitoring programme, ensuring its delivery and submitting regular reports to Firebird and our funders.
ARTWORKS is a combined programme of cross-arts activities and 1-2-1 mentoring designed for unemployed and economically inactive people. The programme will help participants rasie their aspirations and confidence levels so that they are better able to take up job opportunities and training.
All Firebird posts are subject to satisfactory CRB checks and an initial probationary period of 6 months.
ARTWORKS is funded by Lincolnshire County Council's European Social Fund Co-financing programme.
