Summary:

There are a great number of guides to access issues in organisations. This tool kit is short and it concentrates on the arts as a service provider and visitor attraction.

It looks at different aspects of visitor experiences and attempts to provide summary information in ways that will be a useful, practical starting point for staff and volunteers without ignoring the overall management responsibility for setting a policy covering equality, access and diversity.

There is diversity within disabled audiences and access requirements differ.
