Challenges
The empowerment of the group at the heart of the project meant that they exercised strong views about marketing and the use of logos on print which alienated some funders

Impact
The group has continued to meet and has planned events for 2003 and the Borough has included creative activity in their provision for this constituency - attracted 3,114 participants
