Organisational Development

We are experts in delivering Organisational Development programmes for arts and cultural organisations. We have worked with a range of partners and funders to design training programmes that ensure particpating organisations are given the very best guidance available.

We offer 3 key Organisational Development packages, however, all of our packages are tailor made to meet the needs of an individual organisation or group:

  • Rapid Response: A 2-level enhanced diagnostic and remedial service for organisations facing imminent financial difficulty or rapid re-orientation due to financial pressures.
  • Better Business: A 3-level review and business planning service, including all aspects of business appraisal, planning and forecasting, and new enterprise formation as required.
  • Good Governance: This service provides review and recommendations for legal structure, board skills and duties, management of governance, and best practice.

Case Study: Progress 2

We ran Progress 2 (funded by Arts Council East Midlands), a development programme for 35 small and emerging arts organisations from the East Midlands. Progress 2 offered one-to-one business consultancy support; a series of training seminars covering financial management, fundraising, social media, and governance; and bespoke support awards of up to £1000 towards individual areas of development identified through the programme.
