What is it about?
This workshop will help you to identify potential for developing audiences, visitors and participants. It will introduce a range of techniques for interpreting your audience/visitor data, enabling you to take informed decisions for the future - who should you target and what is the best way to reach them?
Who is it for?
Marketing and audience development managers responsible for analysing and interpreting audience or visitor data. To make the most of this course you should have a reasonable knowledge of your marketing objectives and strategy and should already have, or be planning to gather, audience intelligence information.

Dazzled by Data is the only UK training programme specifically designed to address the training needs of arts and cultural organisations in gathering, analysing and interpreting audience data.
Dazzled by Data is a programme of support running alongside an Arts Council England initiative called 'National Toolkit for Audiences'. Cultivate is running a series of Dazzled by Data workshops, which have been designed to help arts organisations make best use of data and information available to them to develop audiences, visitors and participants.
Hot Spots and Ice Blocks is the third one (out of four) in the workshop series. This workshop will be followed by Crystal Clear in March. You can come to all of the workshops or just for one.
Each of the workshops cost £65 plus VAT. Places at 4 courses for the price of 3 = £195 per delegate
