SEMINAR: Organisational Evalution

This is a half-day seminar 10am-1pm, and costs £30 plus VAT.

This practical workshop aims to help organisations develop a framework for self-evaluation that will help scope their competencies and skills in developing approaches to cultural diversity, delivering work that is diversity aware and monitoring what has been achieved, or not.

• Understanding the purpose and value of self-evaluation
• Methods and processes of self-evaluation
• Knowing what to evaluate and why
• How to monitor and measure performance objectively
• Looking at good practice in self-evaluation
• Developing your own self-evaluation framework and implementing
Delegates will leave the workshop with a knowledge and understanding of how to develop their own self-evaluation framework.
