Cultivate supports and develops strength and resilience, leadership and audiences in arts and cultural organisations.

Individuals and organisations can take part in Cultivate's programme of Training and Development, such as Teatime Talks and Seminars on variety of subjects. Teatime Talks offer free taster sessions on latest tools, techniques and developments in the sector, and Seminars give a more in-depth training and peer support to build your knowledge.

Cultivate facilitates a number of Networks, including Capitalise, Nottingham Culture and Strategic Arts Northamptonshire offering a chance to share knowledge and learn from your peers.

Events and Conferences are a regular addition to the Cultivate calendar, with an emphasis on leading discussion and development of key topics in the sector. Look out for these on the Cultivate website.

Enrol on one of Cultivate's Development Programmes, such as 'Progress II' a capacity building programme for small and emerging arts organisations, or 'Survive and Thrive' an MLA programme to build capacity in the museums sector.

Cultivate regularly conducts innovative Audience and Sector Research with partner organisations to guide and influence strategic development and policy making. These projects focus on a particular area, most recently this has included research in International Touring, development of a Quality Assessment Framework for venues and Scoping of Data Collection and Analysis for non-ticketed visual art galleries and museums.

Cultivate can also provide Audience and Organisational Development Consultancy support as we have a team of experts with extensive knowledge of the sector available to work closely with you to develop your organisations holistically. Development of strategic marketing campaigns, auditing of skills, advice on audience development, evaluation of projects or business planning are just few of the areas that Cultivate can help you develop.
