New for 2012/13 - VANTAGE Philanthropy and Fundraising programme for arts and cultural organisations in the East Midlands.

Cultivate has been awarded two-year Grants for the Arts funding for VANTAGE, an innovative programme that addresses the structural and cultural change that many organisations need to undertake, at board and senior management level, to deal effectively with the challenges of increasing the organisation's ability to fundraise. The programme focuses on the responsibility of trustees for raising income and on the development of boards fit to meet that purpose, together with the creation of sustainable, medium to long-term philanthropy and fundraising strategies.

The programme will run in five cohorts over two years and organisations are being recruited now. If you are based in the East Midlands and are a not-for-profit cultural organisation which has identified a need to increase it philanthropy and fundraising, then this programme may be for you. For further details on how to apply, please contact Vanessa Rawlings-Jackson at vanessa@cultivate-em.com
